ACETAMINOPHEN (TYLENOL/Genexa) TO BE GIVEN EVERY 4 HOURS AS NEEDED (max 5 doses in 24 hours). Do NOT give under 2 mo unless instructed by a doctor.

DOSING CHART FOR IBUPROFEN (ADVIL AND MOTRIN)

** To be given every 6 hours as needed, DO NOT GIVE TO CHILDREN UNDER 6 MONTHS ** 

There are two concentrations for Ibuprofen (50mg/1.25ml and 100mg/5ml), please check which concentration you have prior to using the guidelines below

DOSING CHART FOR NON-DROWSY ANTIHISTAMINES:

Cetirizine (Zyrtec), to be given once daily as needed

**Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) causes unnecessary drowsiness or hyperactivity and is no longer recommended unless Zyrtec is not available.**
