Office Policies

Office Communication

  • For non urgent medical questions, please call our office during regular business hours.
  • Our doctors return calls between patients or after 5:00PM.
  • You can email school forms to info@beverlyhillspediatrics.com.

After-Hours Care

  • When the office is closed, our experienced California-licensed RNs answer phone calls.
  • A doctor is always available on back up if the issue requires a higher level of care or an emergency room visit.
  • Please reserve after-hours calls for urgent matters that cannot wait until the next business day.

Appointment Timing & Scheduling

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule.
  • Schedule well-child visits 8–16 weeks in advance to secure preferred dates/times.
  • Allow at least 10 days for completion of school and camp forms.

Appointment Policies

  • All visits, including sick visits, must be scheduled.
  • Sick visits are available as same-day appointments.
  • Walk-in patients will be rescheduled or be charged a $75 walk-in fee.

Office Entry

  • The office has two entrances: please use the “not so well” entrance if your child is sick.

Emergencies

  • For life-threatening emergencies: Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Cancellation & No-Show Fees

  • Missed well-child appointment will be charged a $95 fee.
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $95 fee.
