Administrative
Patty Hernandez, Office Manager
Patty was born and raised in Washington state and has called Southern California home for over 28 years. With more than 20 years of experience in Office Management—spent between the pediatric and veterinary fields—she brings a calm, organized, and compassionate presence to the front lines of Beverly Hills Pediatrics.
Outside of work, Patty enjoys reading, cooking, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her daughter. She joined the BHP family in 2014 and continues to play a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting both staff and families with care and heart.
Stephanie Andrecs, Executive Assistant
Born and raised in Austria, Stephanie brings a strong international background to Beverly Hills Pediatrics. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and is currently pursuing her MBA. With a passion for organization and efficiency, Stephanie serves as a key point of contact between physicians, and partners, ensuring smooth communication and streamlined operations. Her diverse experience in executive support and healthcare administration allows her to provide high-level assistance.
Iliana Pimentel, HR and Office Operations Assistant
Iliana was born in Tarzana, California, and has lived in multiple states including Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico—giving her a broad perspective and adaptability that shines through in her work. She holds a degree in Psychology from CSUN and brings over two years of experience in Human Resources. Her background and passion for helping others naturally led her to a career in healthcare.
Iliana joined the Beverly Hills Pediatrics family in August 2025. Her favorite part about working here is the kindness of the staff and the visible care they have for the families and patients.
Outside of work, Iliana enjoys hiking, spending time with friends, and snapping new coffee shop photos. As a proud Harry Potter fan, she also loves collecting items related to her favorite movie series.
Nursing
Monica Houlemard, Nursing Supervisor
Monica was born and raised in Los Angeles and brings over 25 years of experience in the medical field to Beverly Hills Pediatrics. For the past two decades, she has focused exclusively on pediatrics—her true passion—along with a deep interest in child development.
A proud mother of three grown children and grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren, Monica brings warmth, wisdom, and dedication to her role. She joined the BHP family in 2010 and continues to be a steady, compassionate presence for both patients and staff.
Josie Jimenez, Medical Assistant
Josie was born and raised in El Salvador and moved to California with her family at the age of 14. She has always loved working with children—especially newborns—and brings warmth, care, and experience to every family she supports.
Outside of work, Josie enjoys family movie nights with her husband and two kids, embracing time outdoors together as a family. She also has a passion for CrossFit and baking—a mix of strength and sweetness that fits her perfectly! Josie originally joined the BHP family in 2017 and now proudly serves patients at our Studio City location.
Julian Marin, Medical Assistant
Julian was born and raised in Highland Park, Los Angeles. With a Medical Assistant certificate and a strong passion for working with kids, he brings energy, compassion, and commitment to his role at Beverly Hills Pediatrics.
Outside of work, Julian loves spending time with his kids and watching sports—especially soccer (football!), UFC, and boxing. He joined the BHP family in October 2021 and enjoys being part of a team filled with great coworkers and doctors who all share the same goal: giving every child the best care possible.
Kenlly Montes, Medical Assistant
Kenlly was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and moved to California at the age of five. Now a proud Medical Assistant, she brings warmth, care, and dedication to her work at Beverly Hills Pediatrics.
When she’s not at the office, Kenlly’s favorite thing to do is spend quality time with her two daughters. She joined the BHP family in 2023 and loves being part of a team that supports both kids and their families with compassion and heart.
Milena Romero, Medical Assistant
Milena was born and raised in Los Angeles and knew from a young age that she wanted to work with children. That dream became a reality in 2015 when she began her journey in pediatric nursing, bringing compassion, care, and dedication to every patient she meets.
Outside of work, Milena’s world revolves around her two children, Dylan and Ariana. Whether it’s quiet time at home or fun family adventures, she cherishes every moment with them and brings that same nurturing spirit to the families she supports at Beverly Hills Pediatrics.
Stephany Garcia, Medical Assistant
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Stephany brings a natural passion for helping children feel better to her role as a Medical Assistant at Beverly Hills Pediatrics. She has always been inspired by the opportunity to support families and contribute to the health and happiness of little ones.
Outside of work, Stephany enjoys painting and spending quality time with her family. Whether she’s being creative or simply relaxing with loved ones, she values making meaningful connections—both at home and in the workplace. She joined the BHP family in February 2025 and loves being part of a team that shares her dedication to care and compassion.
Mark Peña, Medical Assistant
Mark was born in Los Angeles and raised in Fresno, California. He moved back to Southern California in pursuit of a better life and new opportunities. With a background in Medical Assisting, Mark was inspired to join the healthcare field by his girlfriend, who completed her Pharmacy Technician course while pregnant—motivating him to take a similar path of care and commitment.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his kids, discovering new neighborhood restaurants, and working out. He’s passionate about cooking and also loves playing video games as a fun way to unwind. Mark joined the BHP family in mid-April and finds joy in connecting with patients and being a helping hand in each child’s development.
Mishell Gamero, Medical Assistant
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Mishell brings a strong work ethic and a deep passion for helping others to her role at Beverly Hills Pediatrics. Her diverse background includes experience in the medical field, retail, and hands-on labor—all of which have shaped her caring, can-do approach with patients and families.
Outside of work, Mishell enjoys traveling and exploring new places. A fun fact: she’s an avid rock climber and loves the challenge and thrill it brings. Mishell joined the BHP team in April and says her favorite part of the job is working with the kids and making a positive impact every day.
Angie Soto, Medical Assistant
Born and raised in sunny California, Angie is a proud West LA native with a big heart and an even bigger smile. She brings warmth, laughter, and positive energy to Beverly Hills Pediatrics—always striving to brighten each child’s day, especially when they’re not feeling their best.
Angie prides herself on connecting with every patient she sees, making it her personal mission to spark a smile even on the toughest sick days. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her outdoors exploring, staying active, and soaking up life alongside her furry sidekick, Charlie.
Front Office
Alejandra Martinez, Front Office
Alejandra was born in Long Beach and raised in Los Angeles, and now brings her friendly, helpful spirit to the front desk at Beverly Hills Pediatrics’ Valley office. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and was drawn to healthcare to gain hands-on experience and support families through their care journeys.
In her free time, Alejandra enjoys playing video games and snapping photos of cars—combining her techie side with a creative eye. She’s passionate about helping people, whether it’s through her long-term goal of becoming a therapist or assisting families at Beverly Hills Pediatrics. Alejandra joined the BHP team in August of 2021 and loves connecting with families and watching their little ones grow.
Crystal Amador-Ramos, Front Office
Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Crystal brings a caring and joyful energy to Beverly Hills Pediatrics. She has always found happiness in working with children, describing their laughter and smiles as incredibly special. Crystal especially loves welcoming newborns into the office and watching them grow.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family, exploring fun and educational activities like visiting museums, aquariums, where they create lasting memories together. She also loves cooking and trying new recipes.
Crystal joined the BHP family in July 2023 and feels grateful to be part of such a supportive team, where she can contribute to both the care of children and the comfort of their families.
Melaney Quiroz, Front Office
A proud valley girl, Melaney was born and raised in Burbank, California. Her journey in healthcare began after high school, when she worked as a Teacher’s Assistant at an elementary school while studying part-time. She later earned her license as a Nursing Assistant and eventually found her way into the administrative side of pediatrics—a perfect blend of her love for children and her passion for healthcare.
In her free time, Melaney enjoys hanging out with her dogs, going to concerts, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops. A unique part of her journey includes working in the hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic—an experience that was both challenging and deeply meaningful. Melaney joined the BHP family in 2021 and loves being part of a supportive team. One of her favorite parts of the job is watching the babies grow each time they come in for their visits!
Dionna Henley, Front Office
Born and raised in Long Beach, California—Norf Side stand up!—Dionna now calls the Valley home. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Cal State Northridge with dreams of becoming a publicist, but her heart led her to pediatrics, where the laughter and joy of children became her favorite part of the job.
Outside of work, Dionna loves reading, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her family, her two dogs—Brookley and Paisley—and her kids. She’s also a fan of pickleball, and recently picked up roller skating (though she admits her skills haven’t improved much since 2020). She’s been working toward learning how to swim and is determined to make progress this summer!
Dionna joined the BHP family in 2023 and loves being part of a team that feels like home. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with patients and creating a positive experience for every family who walks through the door.
Elijah, Front Office
Outside of work, Elijah is an aspiring model with a deep interest in the intersections of fashion, culture, and music. He joined the BHP family in 2023 and appreciates the supportive, funny, and tight-knit vibe of the team.
Alexx Walls, Front Office
Born in Southern Illinois and raised in Orlando, Florida, Alexx moved to Los Angeles after earning an MFA in Screenwriting from Brooklyn College. With a background in college admissions, administration, and customer service, Alexx brings strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others to the front desk at Beverly Hills Pediatrics.
They love children and wanted to work in a field where they could truly make a difference. Outside of work, Alexx is a huge reader and movie lover, and also enjoys video games, social strategy games, and dancing with their roommates. A fun fact: Alexx co-hosts a podcast about the reality TV show The Traitors!
As the newest addition to the BHP team—having joined in May 2025—Alexx loves the people most of all, from the kids to the coworkers who make every day meaningful.
Destiny Gonzalez, Front Office Staff
Destiny was born in Los Angeles, California, and spent much of her childhood in Austin, Texas before returning to Los Angeles to be closer to family. She holds a certificate in Medical Assisting and discovered her passion for pediatrics while working at a pediatric clinic in the High Desert—an experience that confirmed her love for caring for children and supporting families.
She joined the Beverly Hills Pediatrics family in January 2026. Destiny enjoys helping patients and supporting her team members each day, bringing a positive and caring presence to the front office.
Outside of work, Destiny loves going to the movie theater and trying new foods. She also has a creative side and enjoys DIY projects, expressing herself through hands-on creativity in her own unique way.
Billing
Michelle Kelly, Billing Manager
Michelle was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and brings over 20 years of experience in the medical billing field. Her attention to detail, deep knowledge of the billing process, and love for the work make her a vital part of the Beverly Hills Pediatrics team.
Michelle is a proud mother to four grown daughters and a joyful grandmother to six beautiful grandbabies. She treasures time spent with family and enjoys entertaining, traveling, and getting lost in a good book during her downtime.
Julie Fontanos, Biller
Julie was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to the United States in 2012 after marrying her husband and starting their family with their beautiful daughter. With a strong background in medical coding and billing, she joined the BHP family in 2016 and has been a valued part of the team ever since.
Julie is passionate about her faith and expresses her joy and gratitude through dancing. She finds purpose in serving others and strives to be a blessing in both her personal and professional life.
