Bringing home a newborn is exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming. Our prenatal class is designed to give you confidence and expert guidance before your baby arrives.

Whether this is your first baby or you’re growing your family, we’ll walk you through what truly matters in those first days and beyond—and answer all your questions along the way.

In this engaging and informative session, you’ll learn about:

  • What to expect during your hospital stay and soon after delivery
  • Initial newborn interventions such your baby’s first bath, vitamin K, erythromycin eye ointment, and Hepatitis B vaccine
  • Newborn screenings including hearing and heart screens and how jaundice is monitored
  • Feeding guidance (breastfeeding tips + formula options)
  • Your baby’s first exam and early care essentials
  • Live Q&A with our pediatricians

Open to all expecting parents—birthing, adopting, or supporting a partner or surrogate. Ideal during the third trimester, but all stages are welcome.
