Please use this site to help answer questions that you may have about our practice and your child’s health. Feel free to download and fill out a release of information form and a patient registration form so that we have all of your child's information prior to their first visit to our office.

Please see our revised DOSAGE SHEET.  Cough and cold medications are no longer recommended for children under two years of age.  The dosages of Tylenol, Motrin, Advil and Benadryl have NOT been changed and are still recommended.  Please see our sheet for the correct dose for your child.

Flu season is here. Flu shots are recommended for all children over 6 months of age as well as close household contacts of children under 6 months of age. We have pediatric and adult doses in stock, so parents protect yourself as well. Please call to make an appointment to receive your Flu shot today.
